Explore Openings within Team Areas

Lead and support one or more of our integrated customer service and sales operations teams to motivate and achieve top performance. Our teams deliver best-in-class customer experience for our customers and clients globally, and you’ll identify efficiencies and implement defined processes to improve the technical support we provide to our external partners.

Partner with our teams of skilled analysts and data scientists who own how we architect, visualize, and interpret the data to improve the way we interact with our clients and customers. You’ll be responsible for the demand forecasting, capacity and staff planning for multiple clients and points of sale across our global contact centers, and our outsourced vendor partners. You're comfortable using a variety of statistical tools to inform our business and you're not afraid to learn.

You’re a professional problem solver. Using your excellent customer service skills, you’ll delight our clients and customers at each stage of their travel reservation, or you’ll provide world class support to our property managers as they use our SaaS products in their day-to-day management. You’ll thrive in a culture of rapid growth, frequent change and possess the ability to think creatively. Our teams are calm under pressure and technically inclined.

You'll be the voice of Expedia for our hotel partners. As you onboard new hotels, you'll find out everything from location to pool size, star ratings to number of rooms. Then you'll upload all that information onto websites seen by millions across the globe. You'll make sure it's 100% accurate of course – but also that it's attractive to customers and competitive in the market, with the right rate plans, promotions and seasonal deals. You'll build a strong relationship with the hotels you work with, making sure they get the very most from being on our websites, and giving them training on how to use our innovative Expedia tools to help catch the customer's eye.

Our hotel partners are at the heart of our business. You'll provide them with an exceptional support over both phone and email. Whether you're helping train a small, family run Pensione to use our innovative tools to update their offering online, checking with a big hotel chain about rates and availability or helping a ski chalet contact a party about arrival times, you'll help keep everything running like clockwork. Not least in your career. There are 4 levels in these roles, and countless ways to then develop further in a company with 20,000 people based in 30 countries.
