Senior Specialist Employee Wellbeing

What you'll do:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Coordinate awareness campaigns and educational webinars for employees on a variety of health and wellbeing topics, leveraging data to determine relevance and impact
  • Curate, Coordinate and Manage key wellbeing events and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update employee facing communication materials.
  • Program strategy and coordination
  • Proactively develop and foster collaborative working relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing
  • Analyze current mental health and wellbeing programs to assess competitiveness, determine gaps and identify opportunities. Track industry benchmarking to ensure we are ahead of the curve
  • Propose and implement new mental health and wellbeing initiatives, focused on improving employee experiences while managing costs
  • Program Management
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of key wellbeing and mental health programs; ensure these programs run smoothly
  • Assess program utilization and outcomes
  • Deploy Wellbeing strategies by leading company-wide initiatives, including key site-specific activities/initiatives, manager training, employee webcasts
  • Analyze and report on the wellbeing programs, as well as use data to ensure understanding of impact and outcomes against program objectives
  • Industry Insights
  • Evaluate and communicate industry trends and how we may be able to incorporate into our programs
  • Partner with professional organizations, brokers/consultants, and networking groups to understand trends
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions

  • Subject matter expertise and passion for Wellbeing
  • Highly collaborative with exceptionally strong executive presence and creative thinking
  • Ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs and various styles and approaches.
  • Able to operate in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated project-management skills
  • Aligning Well-being value propositions with reward strategy.
  • Proactively anticipating needs and using trends/analytics to drive key decisions.
