A high performing individual contributor who consistently applies and sometimes enhances immigration/mobility/mobility tax capabilities, principles and playbooks to solve complex business issues and opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilizes broad knowledge of the organization’s talent philosophy and compliance objectives to administer immigration/mobility/mobility tax programs
  • Supports exception request for mobility benefits
  • Leads the compensation collection annual project
  • Ensures that EG's immigration licenses are in support of importing talent as needed to fill skill gaps or support career development
  • Gains stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns to further long-term interests
  • Begins to use understanding of current business processes, objectives and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements
  • Builds and maintains specialized knowledge base regarding the HR technical area and relevant internal policies and procedure
  • Utilizes HR knowledge in own professional area to design, implement and administer process, programmatic or system solutions
  • Demonstrates understanding of HR technical/professional area best practices and application within the scope of own job
  • Develops project plans, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives
  • Identifies the type of resources required to support a project, and makes recommendations for specific people, technology, partners, etc
  • Monitors progress to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications and requirements
  • Adheres to legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., reporting mandates, compliance requirements)
  • Builds advanced knowledge of internal and external market control environments
  • Collaborates within team to create key performance indicators and metrics; uses dashboards to monitor and assess team performance (e.g., efficiency and effectiveness)
  • Operates largely independently and mentors more junior colleagues

Who you are:

  • Working knowledge of immigration/mobility/mobility tax policies and processes
  • Able to navigate competing priorities in a demanding, dynamic organization and deliver results
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams on workstreams and projects
  • Knowledge of global legal and compliance requirements
  • Strong consulting, partnership and influencing skills

Education

  • 5+ years for Bachelor's
  • 3+ years for Master's

Experience

  • 5+ years
