Senior Manager, Content Marketing

Content is at the center of our marketing strategy and campaigns, and is the fuel for all our channels to drive awareness, engagement, and leads. Our content is based on insights from our first-party data, custom research, customer stories, and solutions. We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our global content strategy and execution - including content development, channel activation, and measurement.
Are you passionate about identifying trends and the breaking down the benefits of solutions to build compelling B2B content? You will gain a deep understanding of our business and partners, and create content on our data, insights, solutions, and success stories that position our brand as a leader in the market. Are you looking for opportunities to flex and develop various types of content? This role leads long- and short-form content and copy for our paid and owned channels, including our website, blog and email marketing.
Inclusive collaborators and creative problem solvers thrive on our team. You will report to the Senior Director of Industry Marketing, and manage the marketing copywriter. You will work closely with design and industry marketing as well as across the partner, product and sales marketing functions to deliver industry leading content.
What You'll Do:
Build and own the content production process, including strategy development, ideation, drafting, editing, proofing and publishing content with our copywriter and designer
Provide line management for our internal copywriter, overseeing their day-to-day work and wider career development
Own content promotions from campaign creation to go to market, working closely with marketing and channel leads
Manage our website copy and content with copywriting and design, integrated marketing, product marketing, analytics and digital vendors
Collaborate on our blog as a channel to promote our content, including contributing to the editorial calendar, publishing, promotion, and reviewing results
Work with industry and performance marketing on paid media to promote content, such as sponsored articles, media promotions, and email promotions
Own the marketing content library, including adding new content and governing existing content
Lead and champion the brand voice, tone, editorial style and content guidelines across the marketing team
Who You Are:
B2B content marketing experience, with an affinity for crafting content based on data, research, solutions, and industry expertise
Strong writing and editing skills, and a high bar for quality
Experience managing several projects in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative approach, teaming across functions and with partners
Experience identifying and applying SEO for content and digital channels
An understanding of CMS and UX, and ability to build content on websites (WordPress, Adobe-based)
Experience setting and measuring performance against content and channel metrics
Experience in people management
Background in digital, technology and/or travel preferred
Expertise in marketing, communications or relevant field
