Finance Manager - Loyalty Operations (12-month Maternity Cover)
This hybrid role between Business and Finance is intended to support the Loyalty team to set-up the
New launches with the right fundamentals in place while ensuring the processes are consistent and the controls accurate.
The Finance loyalty manager will also play a crucial role in the design of the EG One Loyalty program,
connecting and networking with multiple teams across the organization.
What you’ll do:
Have the opportunity to influence high profile business decisions and be part of the new and exciting EG One Loyalty program
Advise loyalty business teams on areas of risk and dependencies for key workstreams of existing programs and future EG One Loyalty program
Drive key loyalty projects with financial/control systems implications with appropriate corporate services teams
Co-leadership in the Process design: set-up of the operational steps needed for the launch of new loyalty campaigns and liaise with Loyalty, Data and Tech teams to ensure accuracy of Loyalty Datamart and completeness of controls
Who you are:

Experience in developing and maintaining key operational processes
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders - enjoy making connections to gather information
Able to articulate complexity in a clear and concise manner
