Global Manager, CRM Lifecycle Marketing

We're looking for an exceptional talent to join our Customer Engagement team and help shape the future of our Credit Card communications across some of the world's most recognized travel brands. You will work in a truly customer-focused organization and bring critical thinking and marketing prowess to our lifecycle communications to engage millions of customers globally.
What you’ll do:
Under the mentorship of a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our Credit Card communications strategy from concept to design; from a/b testing to rolling out hugely impactful and innovative changes
You’ll own and execute our Credit Card campaigns across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to engagement and retention
You’ll report on campaign performance and pro-actively evaluate campaign targeting, segmentation, channel mix and creative
You’ll leverage analytics and insights to identify opportunities to introduce new activities, deprecate existing ones, or test and optimize to improve results
You’ll partner with our Martech team to deliver the capabilities to enhance our marketing effectiveness
You’ll develop data-driven, customer-centric briefs that empower our creative team to deliver exceptional creative
You’ll work in a collaborative environment with colleagues including:
Passionate Customer Engagement teams working across customer journey phases
Dedicated Loyalty & Credit Card teams working on our proposition and customer insight
A growing internal creative team to bring to life innovative designs and captivating copy
A curious analytics team who investigate customer insights and deep dive into test results
Who you are:
5+ years’ experience in B2C customer marketing/CRM roles
Experience leading marketing campaigns from from conception through to delivery
Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to improve marketing effectiveness through data and insights
An eye for creative and experience working with internal/external creative resources
Ability to simplify and communicate sophisticated concepts clearly and concisely
Experience with technology platforms and defining business requirements for marketing capabilities
Excellent project management and strong interpersonal skills
Financial services experience a plus
