Director, Product Management - Media Solutions

Our Product Management team serves as the cornerstone of our success by establishing a compelling product vision, driving us towards scale, and ensuring the continued evolution and sustainability of a diverse portfolio of media products.
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to own our high-growth TravelAds and Accelerator performance marketing products. This role will lead a team of strong Product Managers and collaborate with our business leaders, customers, engineers, and publishing partners in order to grow both our performance advertising products and their underlying capabilities.
What you’ll do:
Develop a comprehensive product vision and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our portfolio of performance advertising products, including TravelAds and Accelerator, as well as supporting programs or initiatives
Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and realize new product concepts, establish development milestones, and manage their development, implementation, and subsequent roll-out
Balance partner and traveler needs to foster best-in-class e-commerce advertising experiences
Represent the voice of the customer to internal partners by readily synthesizing requirements into a common set of features and capabilities, writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex product set
Use exceptional judgment to prioritize multiple distinct products and initiatives without losing sight of the "big picture"
Be self-directed and able to move forward in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Develop and mentor a team of high-performing Product Managers
Who you are:
Significant and validated industry experience in leading Product Management teams
Demonstrated success leading the end-to-end development, ownership, and execution of multi-faceted roadmaps
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Ideal experience may include product leadership in developing partner-facing tools, auction-based marketplaces, and/or performance advertising
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment
Passion for results: motivated by goal achievement and continuous improvement, with the enthusiasm and drive to motivate your team and the wider organization
Commercial acumen: Demonstrate a keen understanding of the marketplace levers, partner relationships, and proof points that drive profitable long-term growth in a B2B context
Prior management experience is preferred
MBA or advanced degree is preferred
