The position is based out of our newly-refurbished offices in Angel, on a hybrid-work basis.
What you’ll do:
Providing advice, mentor and support to our leaders on the full scope of Employee Relation work; proactively identifying trends and recommending solutions
Participating in formulating and delivering the Regional GEO People team strategy combined with business goals
Working in a multicultural and diverse environment, you will have opportunities to lead and/or participate in regional and global strategic projects
Encouraging leader capability by owning the focus on building core local and global experiences for leaders
Driving a dedicated and strong performance environment by working proactively and investigating measures to drive cultural advocacy
Integrating site/country by working across partner groups (IT, Comms, Real Estate, Security, broader people team and business)
Partnering with COEs on their roadmaps for content, rollout and readiness
Using metrics and data to understand and report on employee experience
Being part of the Site people team champions, driving engagement and connectedness
Who you are:
Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Human Resources or related relevant field; or equivalent related professional experience
We are looking for candidates with experience as an HR professional who can thrive in an ambiguous, fast paced, evolving work environment and are passionate about helping this function through change
You are able to drive ER cases to completion autonomously and engage with our in-house Legal team where appropriate
You must have experience in engaging in Manager capability building and Leadership mentoring, as well as contributing to address themes related to engagement and retention to support the local people team strategy
You must have a detailed expertise of the employment practices for the UK Market, other countries are a plus; whilst at the same time have demonstrable experience of partnering with business on their specific goals pertaining to employee experience
You must have outstanding communication and collaboration skills, as well as a can-do attitude with a desire to solve/remove roadblocks
Experience influencing and partnering at all levels of the business, as well as an ability to think strategically about key Business and HR initiatives that are locally relevant
Must become comfortable with manipulating and analyzing data
Multi-national experience and working with remote teams is a plus
