Program Manager III, AI & Data Science

We are looking for a multifaceted and analytical Program Manager to coordinate a team of Machine Learning Engineers using agile methodologies. You will deliver solutions to help our customers find and book the best travel for their needs and our suppliers to compete successfully.
What you'll do:
Participate in the model development lifecycle and how various agile engineering practices can be used (e.g., in planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, acceptance testing)
Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project targets and deliver intended objectives within the agreed timeframes and ensuring that requirements are completed
Coordinate bringing together different partners with varied perspectives to develop solutions to issues and contribute your own suggestions. And keep partners informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule
Lead proactive risk management, working with the team to anticipate new risks and mitigation planning
Lead increasingly complex technical projects with some supervised work on ambiguous adaptive programs
Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow
Surface issues to leadership across time zones
Who you are:
Strong Program Management and Scrum Master experience
Demonstrates a critical understanding of functional information (e.g., data/metrics and technical information) and can accurately answer relevant questions
Experience building clear, concise, and well-structured functional material (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages) and recommends improvements to existing material
Communicates a compelling rationale and narrative to peers and partners about the products and services produced by the team
Experience tailoring communications (content focus, style, format, etc.) for different audiences as appropriate
Actively seeks diverse feedback on work and anticipates feedback to address it proactively
