Senior Manager, Technical Relationship Strategic Partners


The Senior Manager, Technical Relationship Management of the Core-OTA Integration Services, part of Core-OTA Connectivity and Solutions, and leads the Technical Relationship Managers (TRMs).
 

Our TRMs are responsible for guiding Global Strategic Partners and Connectivity Providers through pre and post integration phases. They work closely with Account Management, Product, Integration Solutions, Technical Solutions and Tools, and Onboarding to ensure excellent service for our Connectivity Providers while representing and advocating for them accurately within EG

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the preparation and vetting of Strategic partners accounts, including detailed technical discovery to ensure success during integration

  • Coordinate and lead engagements and initiatives with key partners across functions both within EG, to ensure delivery of technical results and product adoption

  • Works with Connectivity Account Managers and LSP AMs to own the technical component of ongoing partner relationships, including calls with each strategic partner, coordinated management of product rollouts across, and assistance in addressing issues, as requested by integration teams or any other technical team within EG

  • Maintains and optimizes team processes; develops new team processes in coordination with team members, as well as other teams, with a focus on optimizing partner technical performance

  • Coordinates with Onboarding, Integration and Account Management to identify and implement ways to optimize technical performance with partners

  • Works with Product to help define specs for products related to team responsibilities and helps to test new products

  • Assists team with troubleshooting and handles escalated concerns, as needed

  • Tracks and provides data on team critical metrics related to partner satisfaction, project completion, etc.

  • Plans and owns execution of other related projects, as assigned

Who you are:

  • 3-4 years of management experience, including experience developing a team spread across multiple locations and leading through other managers

  • Confirmed experience in Sales Engineering, Implementation or Engagement Management, or other related fields

  • Detailed, quality-focused, organized self-starter with excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to proactively identify complexities and keep ownership of issues through resolution

  • Ability to understand problems, assess and vet all available information, and provide and implement adapted solutions

  • Experience establishing critical metrics, reporting on results, and adjusting procedures to improve results

  • A low ego, empathic leader who builds a safe, transparent environment for the team and who promotes a diverse and broad culture, encourages, and regularly gives developmental feedback to team and others

  • Familiar with Internet technologies and API protocols (HTTP, SSL, REST, GraphQL, JSON, XML)
