Our IT group is a team of customer-focused technology experts committed to enabling ease of working and an exceptional employee experience across Expedia Group. 


We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a sophisticated ecosystem of office technologies and directly impact day-to day-employee experiences in remote (virtual) and in-office working environments. You’ll be empowered to innovate, build, and measure the effectiveness of your ideas. Overall, your efforts will ensure this team and ecosystem of technologies create the best possible experiences and opportunities for employees while remote and in offices. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create inspiring storytelling, business cases, vision and global rollout plans for enterprise-wide digital workplace solutions (technologies, devices)

  • Champion analytics, data-driven decisions and insights to co-develop product roadmap in partnership with senior technology leaders

  • Use customer and market research as well as third-party product evaluation to drive prioritizations, optimisation, and integration design efforts

  • Solicit and consolidate critical product feedback to help in the prioritisation of engineering effort

  • Facilitate trade-off decisions between investment, schedule, and customer benefit

  • Build collaborative relationships with coworkers in engineering, operations, and partners across the business

  • Oversee relationships with key vendors to drive improvements and value realisation with third-party application usage

  • Form effective relationships across our business and shared service teams and act as a champion on behalf of employees’ technology needs

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for unmet needs with clear statements of value and impact for the business.

  • Great interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and results-driven focused.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation and adoption of new features as well as resolve operational issues.

  • Experience within SaaS technology teams is a plus.

Experience and Qualification:

  • Effective communicator that can clearly and concisely present issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats across all levels of the organization (technical and non-technical).

  • 5+ years’ experience working with complex business requirements for technical teams with responsibility for prioritisation and communicating across teams

  • Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps, prioritisation, tradeoffs, constraints, and risks.

  • Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making.

  • Demonstrated ability to push technical teams and stakeholders forward with a defendable prioritisation strategy while.
