Integration Consultant
As a key member of the Partner Connect team, the Integration Consultant helps and supports the operational success of our Partners! The role is B2B Partner facing and 100% focused on ensuring that we support our partners integration and operations without compromising quality and performance.
What you’ll do:
Support of affiliate partner with technical integrations in North America
Effectively communicate, monitor, analyze and influence API program usage guidelines and requirements
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical integration problems and propose effective solutions
Provide functional and technical assistance and/or guidance where required
Perform Quality Assurance tests on API sites prior to implementation
Assist, coach and collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams with complex escalations that require direct contact with top partners
Who you are:
2-4 years of experience with multiple programming languages including SQL
Bachelor's in System Engineering or Software Engineering or related field; or equivalent related professional experience
Practice with Restful APIs and database schema design
Know-how in e-commerce and/or travel industry a plus
Resourcefulness to deliver solutions for technical issues
Ability to communicate technical specifications and to troubleshoot
Passion to creatively solve challenging business and technology problems
Familiarity with web-based and mobile based product development and understanding of typical technology architecture for high-volume web sites
Experience in AWS and/or Azure a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good sense of business acumen
