HR Ops Program Manager

Based in our London office and part of a centralised People Operational team, this leadership role will be responsible for supporting the management of a global workplace adjustment/adaptation program and partnering with cross-functional teams. This global role will have diverse responsibilities and the individual will be expected to have experience in owning program strategy or project management, using data and metrics to drive improvements and the ability to balance multiple priority tasks at once.


What you'll do

  • Program manage workplace adjustments/accommodation requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to help build workflows, enhance existing processes to provide improved employee experience
  • Benchmark the program against industry standards and propose improvements
  • Partner with key internal partners and external vendors on escalations
  • Respond to employee enquiries related to the global accommodations processes and policy, adhering to Service Delivery standards
  • Keep abreast of applicable laws to ensure compliance to the product in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the accommodations process and legislation, draft and maintain SOPs
  • Proactively bring forward recommendations to continuously improve processes
  • Communicate with and manage relationship with vendors (where appropriate) to ensure compliance and timely reporting
  • Support People team with any project work

Who you are

  • Experience in owning program strategy (end to end delivery) or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Knowledge of HR Operations/Benefits
  • Basic knowledge of global laws on disability/accommodations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to document processes, Including presentation skills, program status reports and insights analysis
  • Encourages innovative and collaborative thinking
  • Highly analytical and the ability to use data to understand key business drivers and to underpin strategic and tactical decision making
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Knowledge of case management systems or related tools. Experience in maintaining SLAs around responsiveness and employee experience
  • Leadership and team management skills
