Job description

What You’ll Do

• Key contribution in defining Expedia lodging competitiveness vision, objectives and strategy
• Key contribution in defining Lodging supply competitiveness program and own several workstreams
• Track progress against objectives and regularly report on wins, plans and challenges
• Leverage collective intelligence and local inputs by ensuring a perfect alignment with Account management competitiveness pillars structure
• Ensure clear, smooth and structured communication on lodging competitiveness
• Drive actions cross-functionally including product asks and pricing actions
• Own and drive the multiple efforts on improving rates and availability sourcing based on competitiveness data
• Be an efficient communicator whilst collaborating with the Strategy teams (as well as others)

Who you are

• Successful track of experience in managing projects cross functionally including technology functions
• Successful track of experience in interacting independently with middle level leadership
• Solid knowledge of Travel lodging supply landscape required
• Data driven thinking with ability to quickly analyze trends and formulate hypothesis
• Passionate about driving scalable outcomes through collaboration
