Front-Office Reporting Specialist

As a Reporting Specialist with global scope, you will support the end-to-end operational performance of teams across the globe and assist leadership with identifying the drivers of operational performance by providing supporting analysis for actions to remediate issues and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do:
Design reporting and analytics for the PPO front-office teams across the globe
Work on ad-hoc requests from the operational teams to support decision-making
Liaise with Product and BI teams to leverage data availability
Analyze data and provide insight on operational drivers and trends
Support Business metrics reviews and hold parties accountable for execution, quality, and performance
Train and develop key reporting staff to handover standardized reporting, as well as knowledge to review/understand and draw data-driven conclusions
Example of reporting skills / activities expected: Standardize and develop a core set of Collections reports; Identify and extract key data facts for business decisions; Create or support the creation of different data sources; Document and share data dictionaries and manuals to empower the operational teams; Design and prioritize change requests to databases in our products; Collaborate with key stakeholders as Business Intelligence/Data Science/Business Development-Strategic Initiative, ORM and others to gather data pieces for reporting
The Collections team forms part of Expedia Group's E-Commerce Platform division (eCP)
Who you are:
1-year proven experience in Finance Operations, Business Analysis, Analytics and/or Project Management
1-year proven hands-on experience in reporting, analyzing, and validating large volumes of data from different systems and sources
Advanced computer skills including Tableau (or similar BI tool), QlikSense, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines with excellence
Able to share knowledge and train others for self-service
Have strong critical thinking skills; able to see the "big picture" while also diving into the details where necessary
Able to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization
Able to work with a multi-cultural global team
