We are building scalable service automation that will power over 100 million voice, text, and web interactions across the ecosystem of travelers, suppliers, and agents. To do this, we need technically passionate product managers with an entrepreneurial approach who love challenges, enjoy problem solving and take pride in delivering commercial grade products.

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to help craft and deliver experiences which take complex policies and backend processes to deliver seamless and intuitive experiences for our travelers and agents across channels.

You are a creative passionate leader, who operates strategically: thinking big to drive new opportunities and transforming complex challenges into simplified, delightful user experiences for our agents, travelers, and partners. You have years of experience delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to build and manage relationships with partners is celebrated, and you communicate effectively with everyone. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and learning at high speed. You are passionate about travel, take ownership of the business, and are happy while working collaboratively.

What you will do:

  • Be a subject matter authority for service travel automation, matching travel knowledge and business opportunities with technical solutions

  • Dive deep to drive the strategy and vision for complex scenarios

  • Prioritize the product roadmap with a data first and business opportunity approach.

  • Guide product definition through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle while collaborating across the organization.

  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to create solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals. Facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps.

  • Articulate decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies, and frameworks to both technical and non-technical partners

  • Influence industry standards and practices to enable better experiences for our travelers

Who you are:

  • Bachelors’ degree in business, human computer interaction, computer science, engineering or related technical field or equivalent related professional experience

  • Masters’ in business administration, engineering, or related technical field or equivalent related professional experience

  • 7+ years product management experience, spanning experience and platform

  • Data-driven and comfortable with numerical analysis

  • Self-started with a bias for action and solving problems

  • Customer focused with extensive experience designing delightful solutions in partnership with UX design, research, and engineering

  • You are skilled and engaging, presenting complex information clearly and concisely to varying groups

  • High energy and have a positive outlook with the passion to make things better at every opportunity

  • Inspiring leader, influencing strategy and design decisions across a large, broad organization
