Running daily team activities including story creation, planning, reviews with the teams and features delivery
Ensuring a set of development practices and industry standards are followed and applied to guarantee products quality, long-term maintenance and health of the team's owned services.
Pairing with Business and Product in defining the product roadmap to address scalability, maintainability and reliability of our applications landscape
Enabling ongoing improvements to our apps, tools, and processes
Participating and facilitating architectural and software design discussions
Interfacing clearly and efficiently with partners and building trust and good relationships with other departments to set and achieve optimal outcomes
Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals
Supporting and mentoring your teammates, their personal development, technical skills, and progressing their careers
Collaborating with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and demonstrating strong interpersonal level
Previous strong experience as Software Engineer (8+) working with or leading Agile teams
Dedication in developing your team.
Considerable technical experience building and shipping both Java/Kotlin -based back-end and/or front-end user interfaces based on server side-rendering (Node.js/React)
Solid Background in Cloud Computing (i.e. AWS) and on Containers Orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with GraphQL API and server platform implementation (Apollo)
Working experience with SQL and No-SQL Databases
Clear communications to a wide range of person - as well as in writing
Ability to work autonomously, exercise good judgment while handling multiple priorities
Working towards congruent standards and results in software design, development, resolution of incident management and maintenance
Expand our skills in delivering highly scalable solutions while influencing others and improving the overall level of excellence within the team.
Operate in an environment where a well-defined, clean and maintainable code is preferred over Spaghetti's code and to the over engineering.
