We are looking for a Product Manager III to drive omni-channel, differentiated traveler service experiences for Expedia Group. You will operate independently and strategically: thinking big about complex problems while designing a best-in-class experience for our Travelers and Agents. You will need to be able to tackle an ambitious space, build and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively.

What you will do:
Be a subject matter authority for service travel automation, matching travel knowledge and business opportunities with technical solutions
Dive deep to drive the strategy and vision for complex scenarios
Deliver high performing virtual agent skills
Prioritize the product roadmap with a data first and business opportunity approach.
Guide product definition through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle while collaborating across the organization.
Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to create solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals. Facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps.
Articulate decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies, and frameworks to both technical and non-technical partners
Who you are:
3-5+ years of experience in product management
Virtual agent/chat bot experience or similar technical experience is a plus
Passion for cutting edge technology and a thirst to learn more
Data-driven and comfortable with numerical analysis
Strong communication and influencing skills; enjoys a collaborative environment
Proactive, positive and have a growth mindset
Engineering, App or Computer Science background a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent field required; or equivalent related professional experience
