What you’ll do:

  • Identify, prioritize new partners who can meet EPS objectives

  • Report and work directly with the VP Commercial Partnerships, actively participating in the definition & execution of the overall Business Development strategy in the Americas Region, ensuring attainment of set revenue targets

  • Build a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities across the region and multiple industry segments, responsible to handle the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and partner launch

  • Develop partnership proposals including discovering objectives, defining partnership requirements, developing value propositions, developing business cases, working with business partners to define requirements with a solution mentality

  • Lead the sales process to enhance existing partnerships through up-selling and cross-selling of product and services, and sales optimization; and build strong long-term strategic commercial relationships, formalized in enduring contractual agreements

  • Report regularly to EPS Leadership team, have the ability to present and promote internally the strategy and results achieved in the region

  • Lead sophisticated negotiations with key opportunities, lead and coordinate various internal partners (Commercial Finance, Legal, IT, Product) and own overall sales cycle

  • Build and develop strong internal relationships by collaborating with other teams to execute and to support our EPS team goals

  • Be the voice of EPS Americas at travel and tech related events (international & regional)

Who you are:

  • Travel background preferred: online travel agency or airline/hotel supplier, sales management

  • Strong understanding of the North American & LATAM markets in all segments

  • Experience in building partnerships, market/business development, B2B technology background preferred

  • You have 2-4 years of professional experience and a record of achieving quantitative business targets and successful negotiations with suppliers.

  • Demonstrate a bias to action for solving problems and getting things done efficiently

  • Solution-based approach to sales with a good understanding of technology

  • Experience and/or familiarity with affiliate marketing

  • Excellent internal and external partner management and communication skills. Ability to adjust communication style to successfully connect with c-suite executives contacts

  • Results-oriented collaborator. Ability to use data to build a compelling story to influence internally and externally

  • Outstanding persuasion, and influencing skills

  • Dedicated, high energy, creative, self-starter looking to have a substantial impact on business success

  • Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment

  • Strong experience leading sophisticated negotiations end-to-end at C-Level, capable to build and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities, you are a deal closure with resilience.

  • Self-starter and entrepreneur mentality, intrinsically motivated and comfortable blazing a completely new path and defining innovative solutions

  • Focus on execution, displaying superior attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Team-player attitude, able to build unquestioning relationships and deliver projects on time

  • Willingness to travel

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft office products including PowerPoint and Excel – additional plus for experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), CRM systems, and API integrations

  • Languages: Proficient English. Spanish or Portuguese a plus

  • Lastly, a clear passion for the business of travel
