Partner Program Manager, Escapia

We are seeking a thoughtful and innovative Partner Program Manager based in Austin to help grow revenue and efficiency of our Escapia API integrations. Specifically, you will handle the existing API partner relationships, growing revenue from the integrations we already have. More than that, you’ll find valuable new integrations that add to the overall Escapia proposition for property managers.

What you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for achieving revenue targets through the partner program

  • Handle the existing partner relationships and drive mutually beneficial outcomes

  • Find and contract new partners that add to the Escapia ecosystem of connection solutions

  • Be the face of the Escapia partner program through webinars and more

  • Work with the Escapia API Support Team to ensure great partner experiences

  • Overhaul and manage the database of partner contacts

  • Work with Marketing to develop a sustainable and effective program of communications and promotion of the program to Escapia customers

  • Drive uptake of partners by Escapia customers to boost their revenue and ours

  • Advocate for improvements to the API and Escapia as necessary, and work with the Escapia Product team to innovate together

Who you are:

  • You’ll know about APIs and the network effects that can come from a healthy ecosystem on integrations, but you’ll also have a great commercial instinct and be hungry to drive incremental revenue

  • You won’t be able to do it on your own, though, so you’ll need to build positive relationships with the Sales, Support, Marketing, Legal and Product teams

  • Teammates will love working with you to find great solutions

  • You will report to the Director of Sales, working on a base plus commission basis in a team selling environment

  • Bachelor’s in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Consistent track record of partnership management and revenue responsibility

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

  • Aggressive drive to achieve high targets

  • Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal team members

  • Ability to discern priorities and manage multiple requests with ease

  • Ability to take initiative and work autonomously while staying available to other team members

  • Excellent communication skills including fundamental presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others

  • Ability to travel
