Sales Development Representative, Escapia

We are seeking a hardworking Sales Development Representative based in Austin to help drive new Escapia business globally. Specifically, you will help win business for Escapia, our property management software business which helps over 1,000 holiday rental managers simplify operations and run their business through our powerful platform
What you’ll do:
Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to support the achievement of overall quarterly and annual revenue goals
Acquire new prospects from a variety of lead sources including hot, warm and cold leads from campaigns, partnerships and events
Learn how to effectively deliver compelling sales presentations/demos
You'll be a critical part of the team, helping set the sales team up for success by prioritising incoming leads and nurturing a pipeline of prospects
The work you do will ensure our team always has a full schedule of well-qualified property managers to demo, and the prospects will convert well because you made sure they were a good fit for Escapia
Being upbeat and motivated will help you to get stuck in, proactively researching trends to help boost our understanding the market, our competitors and our opportunities
You’ll spend a lot of time in SalesForce and Outreach, and you’ll be organized enough to help keep everything in order
You will report to the Director of Sales, working on a base plus commission basis in a team selling environment
Actively participate in sales forecasting by consistently maintaining accurate data and records in SalesForce
Represent company to a high level at industry related trade shows, company sponsored events and in-market acquisition trips
Gather and organize competitor intelligence to help inform our sales approach and bring market intelligence back to the Product team
Be the “point person” on the team for Salesforce questions and handling database updates as needed
Create, manage and update month-end reports for the sales team and management
Handle the Outreach and AdobeSign systems for the Sales team
Who you are:
Bachelor’s in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
Consistent track record of sales achievement
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Aggressive drive to achieve high targets
Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to influence external/internal team members
Ability to discern priorities and manage multiple requests with ease
Ability to take initiative and work autonomously while staying available to other team members
Excellent communication skills including fundamental presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately to influence others
Ability to travel
