Integrated Marketing Specialist
Are you looking for an opportunity to make an impact within the travel industry? Expedia Group's E4B Partner Marketing Team is responsible for building and developing relationships with lodging partners throughout the world, to constantly connect our product offering to our traveler demand.
As the Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will be a key member of our campaigns team that develops, defines, and implements our Vacation Rental partner marketing strategy. This role will craft, build, and optimize growth marketing communications to drive affinity, engagement, and business growth for vacation rental owners and property managers.
This position will work with Partner Success, Marketing Operations, Creative, and our analytics teams to gather intelligence, define plans, and implement programs to increase customer success!
What you’ll do:
Develop journey-based marketing strategies to ensure cohesion across all channels with a primary focus on owned and earned channels (Email, Web, Social Messaging, Push, App)
Build and implement email campaigns and programs in Marketo
Ensure communications align with overarching messaging and brand themes
Apply test & learn strategies to gain insights into what drives partner engagement
Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams to ensure that initiatives consider the complete customer journey throughout the site and App experience
Partner with our analytics and revenue management team to establish, forecast, and report against key success metrics
Partner with Product, Help, I&D, and Regulatory teams to help partners get the account critical updates they need to be successful
Who you are:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication or Communications, and Advertising or related field; or equivalent related professional experience
3+ years marketing experience
Experience building marketing campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle
Strong data analysis and insight development skills
Strong forecasting, tracking, and reporting of campaign performance
Strong written communication and visual storytelling
Advanced Marketo or Adobe Experience Manager experience a plus
