Senior Director, Product Management - Retail Partnerships

Expedia Group is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy and product portfolio for Retail Partnerships. This is a rapidly growing business that generates traveler demand for our retail sites and apps. You will join during the inception of this opportunity and lead it f rom zero to scale.
Create product vision and drive the roadmap, execution, and go to market strategy for a Portfolio or Program of products, projects, and initiatives
Deliver solutions in a fast paced environment while balancing effective communication to build and manage relationships with partners, bridging the technical and the commercial worlds to design experiences that our customers love
Bias toward action to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at high speed
Collaborate with different businesses to solve their specific challenges while putting the customer first
Define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize them in decision making
Use excellent judgment in prioritizing between focusing on existing versus new customers and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
Stay on top of customer preferences, technology trends, and market demand
Lead the organization through change, evolution, and growth the right leader will evolve and scale the organization along with the business
Significant and validated industry experience in leading product management teams
Ideal experience may include product leadership in developing partner, enterprise or
developer tools
Previous success leading the complete roadmap development, ownership, and
execution
Experience driving a program which is a complex portfolio of Product, Tech/Engineering
and Operations initiatives
Prior management of five or more employees
Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility and accountability, in a constantly fast-evolving environment
Motivated by goal achievement and continuous improvement, with the enthusiasm and drive to motivate your team and the wider organization
Demonstrate a keen understanding of business operations and the organizational levers (systems, processes, departments, functions) that drive profitable
growth
MBA preferred
