This role is an important member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, and is accountable for achieving key business objectives through strategy development, campaign ideation and hands-on execution with our marketing, sales, and product teams. We are recognized as an industry leader in identifying consumer traveler insights and turning those insights into action for our partners. This Senior Manager will develop strategies and specific plans applying our thought leadership strategy and position in the marketplace to ensure we are using all our owned, paid and earned programs efficiently. This role will lead the team in go-to-market efforts tied to OKRs and marketing initiatives and will work across functions and channels. We need a strong project manager who will handle the delivery of our B2B marketing campaigns while working closely with the product marketing and brand teams to lead a cohesive customer narrative.
We need an innovative problem-solver to help elevate our channel marketing to drive engagement and conversion among our customers, prospects, leads and industry influencers while also driving the detailed execution of marketing campaigns. The right person is a left and right brained thinker, a self-starter who can wear many hats – shifting from various marketing functions during the day – and has the ability and experience to get projects up and running quickly.
Can you use numbers to tell stories about performance? We are looking for a leader to identify critical metrics and evaluate our various data sources to evolve and maintain our reporting dashboards. You will own benchmarking for the business and communicate concrete findings on both channel and campaign performance.
What you'll do:
Take broad customer strategies and build and drive these strategies by creating comprehensive marketing campaigns against a global calendar and budget
Thrive when leading innovative and critical thinking brainstorms sessions
Understand the role of key marketing channels, how they get results and execute and/or work through others to implement various programs in each channel
Identify ways to build, develop and improve processes across marketing programs and channels to go faster and bring greater impact to the business. It will be critical to build scalable and repeatable methodologies
Create and manage reporting dashboards using internal data sources like Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce to help drive strategy, decision-making and campaign optimization
Lead the business' relationship with internal data platform engineering to track our annual sales and revenue to marketing efforts
Flag missing marketing programs to create full funnel and performing campaigns and build subsequent business cases to support development
Responsible for the marketing technical infrastructure to support the organization's strategic growth initiatives
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent related professional experience
Proven track record in ad sales marketing and/or integrated marketing that requires strategy/planning and execution
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to influence across teams
Informed understanding of the overall digital media landscape and partner trends
Fluent in using analytics to identify top touch points to keep partners engaged and to drive conversion
Strong understanding of working in and analyzing of large datasets; as well as translating data into concrete insights
Experience working within data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is required to produce on-demand reporting
Fluent in building and maintaining tools to help clearly communicate results
Extraordinarily strong attention to detail and believe that details matter greatly to the success of the team
Proficient in OneNote, SharePoint, Marketing Automation and Microsoft Office suite is required and being familiar with Salesforce
B2B marketing experience a plus
