The Vice President, Product is a critical role leading product for Service and Operations, contributing to the EG Travel Platform, and that will ultimately enable Expedia Group to deliver the best technology, agent, & product service experiences for our travelers.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap and go to market strategy for all Expedia Group Service (Contact Centre as a Service, Service Skills, Agent Tools, Account Management Tools)
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX and business leaders to deliver solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals
  • Define a set of success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and business impact and be able to utilize the min decision-making
  • Track product market fit and ROI for work that is completed.
  • Lead communications to create alignment for product vision across all key stakeholders within Service and Operations teams and across the overall organization
  • Create awareness of Service and Operations initiatives and innovation across the organization.

    • Contact Centre as a Service
    • Service Skills
    • Agent Tools
  • Ensure the Expedia Group teams are enabled with the best-in-class tools that enable world class service
  • Stay on top of customer preferences, technology trends, and market demand
  • Build & lead an engaged & inspired product organization of top talent which drives innovation
  • Change leadership to guide the product organization through the ongoing transformation

Who you are:

  • A seasoned leader of impactful product management teams that can define and drive product strategy while balancing competing priorities and building scalable architecture
  • Experience building platform software products at scale
  • An outstanding decision maker that provides structure to complex and ambiguous situations, uses quantitative and qualitative information from multiple sources and commits to an action plan after weighing alternative solutions
  • An effective communicator that clearly and concisely conveys information and ideas to all levels of the organization and uses your influencing skills to advance shared interests and business goals
  • You maintain exacting standards for individual, team and organizational accomplishments
  • Ability to operate within a diverse global environment and show sensitivities to different customer needs within diverse geographies
  • Ability to lead in a product focused and agile based organization
