Senior Director, Product Management

We are looking for a Senior Director, Product Management, who will be responsible for delivering EPS’s end-to-end OTA solution for one of our largest Financial Institution partnerships.   This leader will be comfortable developing new solutions to ambiguous problems and pitching them internally and externally to senior level audiences.  This person will be directly responsible for leading a team of Product Managers while indirectly managing and influencing across a large partner Product and Technology organization on a day-to-day basis.  In addition, this leader will work effectively across a highly matrixed EPS organization including Account Management, Technology, and many other EG teams and functions.  The successful candidate will operate in a way that is customer- and partner-centric and have a vision to create differentiated and market leading products and services in the loyalty space.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set product vision for a multi-product full-service OTA with key strategic partners across multiple teams internally and externally
  • Provide market input and data to drive decision-making and prioritization with all stakeholders to deliver on engineering backlogs
  • Work closely with other Expedia Group Product and Engineering leaders to develop solutions to support EG, EPS and partner goals
  • Evangelize our partner goals and needs while building relationships across internal partners
  • Implement the right processes, operational tools, and metrics to deliver the product roadmap effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Directly lead, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • You have the ability to thrive in a complex and high growth environment. You are a person energized by maintaining focus on key business goals and ability to deliver on a plan with constrained resources
  • You have a passion for partner interaction and collaboration, and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us
  • You have strong analytical abilities with a high attention to detail. Ability to ramp up quickly and become an authority on our business
  • You have 8+ years of in-depth experience in senior level product management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Strong strategic credentials - MBA qualification a bonus
