Employing decades of expertise in travel and the latest in technology and data science, our goal is to protect from fraud for travelers, suppliers, partners, and affiliates. Our high skilled fintech talent strives to deliver world-class experiences and fraud protection to empower travel entrepreneurs across the world to grow their business.

We are looking for an experienced product leader for our global Fraud and Risk management platform operating across more than 100 countries and millions of travelers. Our ideal candidate will have successfully led multiple, worldwide, technology-enabled products or services tailored to power eCommerce and fintech businesses. The successful candidate will own high impact products and capabilities and work with diverse set of stakeholders to build and own the vision, influence across organizations, and execute flawlessly to deliver business results. This is a key position to drive the strategy of the domain.

What you’ll do:

  • Build the strategy for a suite of products/ small domain and define high quality product requirements

  • Map out customer journey and design from perspective of the ecosystem in which the product / capability exists. Generate opportunities from exploring customer journey

  • Partner with architectural and engineering and influence technical solutions and design decisions

  • Participate in technical tear down of a domain or product areas at other companies

  • Identify gaps and opportunities and effectively push back when requirements could cause conflict or tension for other areas of the business

  • Communicate and influence effectively at M and N level independently and for leadership/ executive level with guidance

  • Champion customer empathy - Study the product, customer, market, and technology trends, and evolve into an SME for their product space

  • Actively seek diverse feedback on work and anticipate feedback to address it proactively

  • Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

  • Experience creating and evolving customer and developer experiences from conceptualizing to launch

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs, managing roadmaps across multiple stakeholders, including working closely with tech teams from design to ship

  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and stakeholders simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired

  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery, overseeing roadmap strategy and definition, contributing to discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a platform product

  • Known for superior communications skills with high attention to detail

  • Master’s in Business Administration ; or in a related technical field; or equivalent  professional experience

  • Experience working in Fraud & Risk management platform products in ecommerce setting, a plus if it is in a global setting

  • Experience with SDKs, multi-dimensional, complex platforms, and development tools, and managing developer communities

  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
