We are looking for our Senior Site Admin, who will be based in Cancun, with a regional scope, supporting the Service & Operations team based in 3 hubs: Mexico City, Sao Paulo and Cancun.
A person who can help us build and maintain an outstanding employee experience.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate special events and activities (on-site, off-site and virtual) for the team. Including the Rewards & Recognition program and our Inclusion & Diversity efforts
Provide administrative support to the S&O teams such as: meeting notes, presentations, org charts, calendars, process and track invoices, budget and travel expenses
Coordinate on-site visitors (internal and external) for the three sites, for all organizations. Collaborate closely with Facilities and vendors
Who you are:
2-3 years’ experience in assisting teams and/or facilities coordination
Proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
Creative and savvy in building presentations
Ability to handle confidential materials and communications with discretion
Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions
