Senior Business Solution Development Manager
The Senior Business Solution Development Manager works across functional teams to identify, source, evaluate and negotiate high-impact partnerships in various segments. This role requires effective communication to cultivate relationships, quickly assess the attractiveness of potential opportunities, describe EPS value propositions, perform financial analysis and lead all facets of structuring, negotiating and closing partnerships
What you'll do:
Identify, evaluate and manage business partnership opportunities that meet EG strategic imperatives
Cultivate relationships with potential partners to secure partnerships that meet objectives
Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the viability of potential new partnerships. Work with Finance to develop deal models and forecasts
Collaborate with internal team members to drive opportunities through a process that ensures the productive launch of partnerships
Lead structuring partnerships and negotiate contracts, collaborating with legal and multiple internal business and technical team members
Who you are:
5+ years of relevant experience in consultative technical sales/business development functions or any other related fields; or equivalent related professional experience
Proven sales/influence skills, balanced with consultative needs analysis/solutioning, financial competence, and technical sales skills
Demonstrated strength in communication, presentation, negotiation and critical thinking skills
Ability to operate independently and to define objectives and structure, advocate for partners when appropriate, seek input when needed and make sound business decisions
Show a high degree of motivation and a positive outlook
The ability to work well both as an individual contributor and within team environments
Knowledgeable about the travel industry, particularly related to loyalty programs
Previous experience with travel technologies, products and operations
Ability to effectively build relationships internally, externally, particularly with decision-makers
Flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time
