Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (Rotational)
Looking to join a team of people professionals spearheading the transformation of our talent agenda? Are you driven by excellence and collaboration? We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join Expedia Group.
This role will participate in the development of the organization's plans, programs and direction of the business, particularly from the perspectives of talent, organizational capability, performance, leadership, and people. This position requires versatility and being comfortable with operating across tactical and strategic spaces.
What makes this role unique is that we are looking for a rotating HRBP that will support across various client groups to cover leave periods, organizational changes with leaders and team adjustments.
What you’ll do:
Talent Agenda: Working closely with Business Partner peers and global People team to ensure clients group are successful to execute their goals. This includes high performing talent identification, succession planning, focus on future oriented organizational capabilities. You will be the voice of the business strategy to the Expedia Group People team and voice of the people strategy to business teams
Organization Culture: Embedding Expedia Group Culture and Enterprise Leader behaviors across the business
Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Coaching: Use effective strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide coaching that helps leaders develop and grow
Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the business and drive informed decision-making using data to identify trends, resolve root causes of issues, and develop effective solutions
Who you are:
Proven HR experience (client-facing generalist or BP experience is required)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related area is preferred; or Equivalent related professional experience
Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; or Equivalent related professional experience
Demonstrated competence in organizational development, change management, coaching, compensation and employee relations
General knowledge of Employment laws
Able to work effectively in dynamic and rapidly changing environments
Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve results
Strong business sense consulting, analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and analytical skills
