Lodging Partner Associate II

Expedia Group is currently looking for motivated individuals, with a bias to action, and who have an obsession for customer satisfaction to join our Service & Operations contract center team.

In this position, you will focus on providing support to our hotel and property partners. By putting yourself in the shoes of the partner, you will help them attract travelers.

You will be versatile in handling multiple software programs, prompt and accurate in your responses to email and phone communications and provide an efficient support experience.

Dedicated and conscientious when dealing partners and travelers, you will work closely with departments to ensure the best resolution.

What you'll do:

  • Dedicated and conscientious in handling raised issues and working closely and expertly with other departments for the best resolution

  • Versatile in handling multiple software programs while conversing with all types of support staff

  • Bold in maintaining and promoting client relations by handling prompt and accurate responses to email and phone communications

  • Enforce to defined procedures, standards and performance expectations

  • Analyze, diagnose and deliver known solutions to challenges

  • Ability to handle situations effectively; to set expectations and deliver information in a positive way

Who you are:

  • Proficiency in English, Spanish and French language

  • Bachelor's in Tourism or Administration or related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Hotel/Travel -industry experience will be a plus

  • Expert in customer experience

  • Proficiency with internet, computer usage and web-based application skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and various call center support programs

  • Familiar with accounting terms and further financial operations will be an asset

  • Solutions approach and a true interest for the partner and the traveler experience

  • Exercise good judgment in decision-making

  • An individual who is proactive

  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

  • Listens carefully and attentively to others’ opinions and ideas

  • Listens to others’ perspectives and clarifies meaning before responding

  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy

  • Ability to handle situations effectively; to set expectations and deliver information in a positive way
