In this role, you will be a part of Global HR Operations team for US region and aligned in a US shift where the team is responsible for providing simple, scalable, and efficient core HR services to all US Expedia employees. This includes delivering front line customer support, processing high volume transactions, and improving many aspects of the employee experience.
As the HR Process Analyst, you will provide direct support for employee related activities in Workday with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience, processing transactions with high quality and proactively identifying ways to improve service delivery.
You will be a key member responsible for the daily administration of Expedia’s leave of absence programs. This role will focus on leave of absence and payroll administration, assist with other benefits administration, and provide related employee, HR, and vendor support. Shift alignment would be done basis US region and primarily the shift would start around 6PM IST.
