Expedia for Business manages all of Expedia Group’s B2B relationships. Our partners range from large airlines, hotels, and activity providers to single homeowners. As strategic partners to the businesses we work with, we help partners extend their distribution and advertising reach, deliver valuable services to customers and employees, and power their performance through our technology and solutions.
Lead the product management teams responsible for the Expedia for Business, Demand Partner Solutions offerings. We build experiences and capabilities that delight and enable our Demand Partners to deliver value to their customers through a set of solutions / offerings designed for the B2B markets.

What You'll Do:
•Collaborates with business leaders to formulate and align on business strategy
•Transforms the business strategy into product vision, strategy and prioritized roadmap, and socializes these priorities across the organization
•Enables the organizational framework to focus on innovation, efficiency, velocity, scalability and simplified flow of work through the business
•Champion innovation and design of new solutions, methods, and offerings that provide competitive advantage and leadership in the industry
•Drives ROI accountability by measuring impact of new/enhanced capabilities in the business
•Leads the development of industry, customer, and market insights to inform product vison, scope, customer segmentation and GTM
•Builds & leads an engaged and inspired organization of high performing talent to drive innovation, operational efficiencies and Partner satisfaction
•Champions leveraging data science and ML to help Partners improve their performance and provide value to their customers
•Works with peers across organization functions to align organizational structure and resources required for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
•Creates an inclusive environment that champions innovation by encouraging others to openly share and build on each other’s new ideas, products and solutions
