Marketing Manager, Regional Marketing

As a Marketing Manager for the Americas Regional Marketing team, you will join a team of Regional Marketers located in the US and Latin American regions and will work to drive marketing at scale for Expedia Group’s partner business. Success is defined by your ability to deepen engagement and satisfaction with our lodging and vacation rental partners. You will develop and put in motion local marketing demand generation plans, and establish digital marketing standard methodologies. Interlock with regional account managers to ensure ongoing agreement on priorities, adjusting strategies and plans to accommodate changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
Drive marketing initiatives in alignment with our business objectives
Work with internal teams to develop campaigns and programs that reflect the needs of the region’s local markets
Build, test, optimize and increase the performance of regional marketing campaigns
Forecast, measure, and analyze metrics to assess the impact of the digital channels and activities
Build effective digital content for targeted partners
Ensure all marketing programs are culturally appropriate and in compliance with local data privacy regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications or related field; or equivalent related professional experience
3+ years in B2B Marketing, preferably in B2B technology
2+ years of field/regional marketing experience
Proven success in working with sales to meet or exceed annual growth targets – actual sales experience highly desirable as well
Experience creating and implementing marketing campaigns that engage customers/partners and include a range of marketing strategies and technologies
Outstanding communicator with validated ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to various audiences
Exceptional planning and project management skills
Solid grasp of digital marketing and how to strategically employ tactics in a demand generation campaign
A highly-motivated individual who thrives when balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace with a strong bias for action
Demonstrated use of data and experimentation to tackle business needs
Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time
This position is not available for remote working
