Senior Manager - New Solutions Partner Insights
The New Partner Solutions team within Expedia for businesses is responsible for identifying new products, services, and capabilities to bring to our partners, incubating and accelerating high potential opportunities, and setting winning go-to-market models for new offerings. We are hiring for a Senior Manager, New Solutions Partner Insights for this team!
As a Senior Manager – New Solutions Partner Insights, you will sit within the product marketing team in New Partner Solutions and focused on research and product positioning during the discovery phases of new product development.
What you’ll do:
Design Partner Research: Define research segments, design, and focus areas
Influence product strategy: Lead problem solving for go-to-market models, product visioning and voice of customer for new products
Meet with customers and end users: Engage with Expedia partners to identify their needs and product/market fit and plan messaging accordingly
Anticipate Product/Market fit: Create positioning and differentiation statements for new offers
Who you are:
Bachelor's/Master’s/MBA in Marketing, Innovation or any related field; or equivalent related professional experience
5+ years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, customer research, and/or new product development; 7+ years of experience overall
Experience with product positioning, B2B customer research, trends monitoring, new products and innovation preferred
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to drive projects & workstreams to successful outcomes autonomously
Very strong interpersonal skills at all levels; excellent influencing and relationship building skills as well as experience working with senior management
Experience working cross-culturally with ability to adapt personal style to different teams, environments, and time zones
