As Sales Support Team Lead you will interact directly with our commercial teams to provide critical business support and lead a team of sales support agents. You will work closely with our Business Development, Account Management, marketing, accounting, and Product teams, as well as with our external partners, to fulfill business-critical service requests. In your senior role, you will maintain more responsibilities than the individual contributors you lead. These duties include providing reports to the Director of Support, providing regular mentoring to your team, and acting as a lead contact in your region to employees outside of the Sales Support team.

You will report to the Director of Partner Support inside EPS’s Customer Operations and Partner Engagement group. A love of travel, finding comfort in smooth operational service, and a strong eye for business are critical to a Sales Support Team Lead's success.


What you'll do:

  • Effectively analyze and resolve incoming sales support requests.
  • Identify and evaluate new sales support tasks and implement through a standard operating procedures playbook.
  • Create reports using a variety of different tools including Tableau and Business Objects.
  • Lead and coach a group of individual contributors.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with various areas and levels of the organization.
  • Identify and remediate opportunities for process improvement.
  • Share company news with your team.
  • Maintain knowledge of case statistics for your region.
  • Act as primary sales support team contact.

Who you are:

  • Experience in sales support, account management, and/or client servicing in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, technology, search engine company, or travel background is a plus
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Proficiency in English. Other languages a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize time effectively, and adjust quickly where business needs demand it
  • Customer Focus, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
