The Conversation Platform and Customer Engagement (CPCE) group is building a virtual agent platform that uses machine learning to power over 100 million sales and service experiences each year!
We're looking for an experienced, results-oriented Technical Program Manager with experience onboarding partners to new data platforms and in deriving insights and opportunities from these platforms. In this role you will ensure customers realize its full potential as a business analyst, data champion, and customer support specialist. You are a natural teacher, confident with technology, solutions oriented, and is able to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced agile development environment.
What you’ll do:
Analyze customer requirements from diverse business domains and ensure the platform incorporates the most critical data capabilities
Use the platform to build innovative and impactful data and reporting solutions
Support partners who are querying the platform's data lake, building reports, and using published dashboards
Champion data quality ensuring its accuracy and timeliness
Who you are:
Bahelor's in computer science or related technical fields; or Equivalent related professional experience
4+ years in technical project management and/or data operations
4+ years of experience in business intelligence using SQL and data visualization tools such as Google Looker, Microsoft PowerBI, and Tableau
Enjoy and take pride in delivering value to your customers
Familiarity with data technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Apache Kafka, GraphQL, and Qubole a plus
