Program Coordinator, Media

The Content & Localization team, part of the Marketplace & Yield organization, is looking for a Program Coordinator for Media. This role will collaborate with product managers, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to improve and support quality and coverage of property and destination media for all Expedia Group brands, including Expedia,, and Vrbo. What you'll do:

  • Manage property media moderation and classification processes, including external vendor resources

  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to define and execute destination media acquisition projects

  • Perform SQL queries and maintain image data on for metadata updates, legal requests, annotation, etc.

  • Track projects by crafting clear written documentation and status updates

Who you are:

  • Knowledge of photo production, aesthetics, licensing, and stock photography – required

  • Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred)

  • You bring an entrepreneurial spirit to your work, with a strong bias for action and the skill to seamlessly navigate through ambiguity and change

  • You excel in working with multi-functional teams and people and have an ability to build strong working relationships across different areas of the business

  • Skilled communicator with an interest and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to varying audiences

  • You enjoy digging into data to uncover new insights and use data to drive your decisions

  • Comfortable working autonomously with remote teams
