Would you like to help define the future transformation of a team? The Manager of Vrbo Integration Optimization is an integral leader on the Vrbo Partner Success team.

This position coordinates a team of individual contributors in charge of optimizing Integrated Property Managers (IPMs) integrations on the Vrbo platform.

By ensuring high quality standards for technical consultations, and managing team capacity, this leader helps guide the team toward efficiency of processes while exploring innovative ways to ensure IPMs integrations are optimized with Vrbo.

What you'll do:

  • This role owns the team responsible for optimizing IPM connectivity partner integrations across North American, European, and Australian Partner Success

  • There is a high degree of partnership with peer managers and other departments, including commercial teams, Onboarding teams, Integration teams, Product, and Engineering, to ensure that processes, products, and tools meet Property Manager and team needs regarding platform performance optimization

  • As the team evolves with technology, crafting long-term plans, growing partner adoption of self-service tools, and maintaining quality and performance metrics will be imperative

  • Establishing quarterly targets and goals, encouraging steady improvements across all metrics - SLAs around consultation completion rates, client performance, and NPS - will help keep the team on track and grow partner performance in our marketplace

  • Proficiency in capacity planning and forecasting will be essential to providing visibility on evolving technology and personnel needs

  • Removing obstacles, clearly articulating issues with data, and getting help by engaging with internal partners will develop further clarity across teams on the function and benefit of integration optimization consulting

Who you are:

  • 3+ years management experience leading integration, optimization, or technical account management teams is preferred

  • Strong operator with expertise launching and leading scalable, efficient processes

  • Experience with software connectivity tools and integrations

  • Experience with integration concepts and common challenges

  • Experience in process improvements and enhancements

  • Will engage deeply with software connectivity providers through events and periodic calls

  • Must understand the operations and day-to-day challenges of our property managers and integration partners

  • Exhibit drive to continuously improve the integrated property manager experience

  • Able to quickly win the trust of the team

  • Build an environment of transparency where people can realize their full potential

  • Act as a positive and productive change agent within the Integration Optimization team to help drive the organization to the next level
