Do you have experience leading sales teams? Egencia is looking for you, a new Director of Sales! You will lead and grow the sales team in charge of the acquisition of new SME clients in France, Belgium & Netherlands. The position is based in Paris (France)

What you'll do:

  • Leading and empowering a team of 5 Field Sales

  • Effectively position Egencia’s value proposition on highly competitive markets

  • Mentoring and Developing your team skills

  • Define & execute the strategy on three different markets: France, Belgium and the Netherlands

  • Drive Egencia’s culture through cross functional and cross boarder collaboration as a leader

Who you are:

  • Highly fluent in French and English

  • Validated and confirmed experience on new business development as well as leading a team of Sales executives

  • Background in the Travel, Tech, Service industry or consulting is a plus

  • You have a consultative sales approach

  • Passion for delivering results through others

  • You are an entrepreneur and teammate

Avez-vous de l’expérience en gestion d’équipes de ventes ? Egencia recherche un profil comme le vôtre : un nouveau Directeur/une nouvelle Directrice des ventes H/F ! Vous dirigerez et développerez l’équipe des ventes en charge de l’acquisition de nouveaux clients PME en France, en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas. Le poste est basé à Paris (France).

Vos missions :

  • Diriger et valoriser une équipe de 5 responsables des ventes sur le terrain
  • Positionner efficacement la proposition de valeur d’Egencia sur des marchés hautement concurrentiels
  • Encadrer et assurer le développement des membres de votre équipe
  • Définir et exécuter la stratégie sur trois marchés différents : la France, la Belgique et les Pays-Bas
  • En votre qualité de dirigeant, renforcer la culture d’Egencia via une collaboration à la fois transversale et transfrontalière

Votre profil :

  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais et le français
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience éprouvée en développement de nouvelles activités ainsi qu’en gestion d’une équipe de responsables de ventes
  • Des qualifications dans le domaine du voyage, de la technologie, du secteur des services ou du consulting sont un plus
  • Vous avez une approche consultative en matière de ventes
  • Vous adorez obtenir des résultats par le biais d’autres personnes
  • Vous êtes à la fois un collègue et un entrepreneur
