Senior Content Writer

We're looking for a Senior Content Writer to join the Knowledge Management team in the Expedia for Business group. With our group, you'll work on a team of content creators, content designers, and program managers to enable our partners and internal teams to self-serve.
Create, curate, maintain, and optimize web help, knowledge base, and email template content, prioritizing appropriately and ensuring content solutions follow our content strategy guidelines
Use data to glean insights into the user experience and illustrate the value of content in the experience
Transform information from multiple sources into concise, user-centric content solutions
Navigate ambiguity with a high degree of autonomy to deliver content that adds measurable value to the business
Provide content recommendations to business partners and collaborate on the approach and expected outcomes, use excellent judgement to navigate conflicting opinions
Act as a team ambassador, advocating for our users and crafting solutions with our vision, mission, and strategy in mind
Experience crafting flawless plain language content for products, help websites, knowledge bases, or other channels
Ability to support content migrations and content improvement projects
Experience working with an enterprise content management system
Flexible, adaptable, and can operate in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize with autonomy, develop simple solutions despite constraints, and make tradeoffs when leading projects
Strong judgment to navigate through ambiguity
Experience using data to make decisions
