Product Manager II, Identity & Access Management
The Identity & Access Management team ensures access to every tool, system or application is clearly available, timely, controlled, & removed at the point it is not needed. The right candidate for this position will craft impactful changes that will shape how Expedia’s more than 25,000 employees, vendors, and partners access our environments, tools, and products. Are you experienced in engaging with senior technical leaders and users to understand their needs?
The position will work alongside a team of high-performing product managers, technologists, and business partners located Globally. This candidate will have a background in product management, marketing, and technical delivery, as well as a passion for innovation.
What you'll do:
Act as the product champion and build effective relationships with senior leadership
Partner with multiple contributors across IT and the business to develop product success criteria and strategic vision
You will provide analysis and support for new product features and concepts
Provide data-driven recommendations to the development team to support multiple, concurrent initiatives
Introduce qualitative and quantitative data to showcase user satisfaction, utilization, stability, and feature success rates
Collaborate with other analysts, product/service owners, and IT leaders to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
Conduct third-party product evaluations
Use product feedback, data, and insights to champion user experience and facilitate decision-making and roadmap prioritization
Build collaborative relationships with key leaders and colleagues to drive improvements and value realization within asset governance and configuration platforms
Assess business needs from internal customers and turn them into epics and stories that set clear direction for engineering to fulfill product outcomes
Who you are:
Superior communicator, with the ability to clearly present issues, ideas, and your point of view (technical and non-technical)
2+ years experience working with complex business requirements for technical teams
Proficient in creating and leading product roadmaps, prioritization, tradeoffs, constraints, and risks
Excellent strategic skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision-making
Aptitude to identify processes that can be simplified with technology advancements
Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated with the capacity to try new things and meet timelines
Phenomenal social skills and ability to collaborate with dynamic and diverse teams
