EG Media Operations are responsible for leading x-functional programs and marketing project initiatives. Our flagship program is marketing Test & learn, development & implementation, that helps to drive the most impactful learnings for EG.
As we continue to expand our services and responsibilities, we are seeking a Program Manager to join us in our Operations team at a pivotal time in our voyage, to work on streamlining and optimizing this flagship process, supporting all Marketing channels.
You will be responsible for managing the agile test and learn process and for ensuring stakeholders are supported and fully informed of all decisions including prioritization, learnings, and onboarding.
What you’ll do:
Drive stakeholder engagement & alignment, agreeing intake quotas / priorities and providing support with submissions and understanding of process across teams
Own tooling (Jira), managing updates, trouble shooting, optimization and driving adoption
Drive day to day enablement of process to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives
Support onboarding of new marketing stakeholders into process, conducting training as required
Implement monthly reporting and sharing of X-channel testing results
Manage critical test prioritization & clash management (x-brands & x-channel)
Assist with additional operations projects as required
Keep relevant stakeholders informed of prioritization decisions or changes to task timing that impacts the testing calendar
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Bridge gap between analytics and marketing teams
Who you are:
Proficient in Agile Project Management processes (ideally JIRA)
Proven attention to detail, excellent organizational skills coupled with a strong process mentality
First-class problem solving and analytical skills with ability to understand and communicate complex challenges, succinctly translating them into workable options and solutions
Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to influence key decision makers and build strong long-term relationships
Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment, working across multiple business units and global teams
Planning / Product operations experience
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience in matrix technology environment
