Senior Manager, Growth and Integration

We are looking for an energetic Senior Manager to help drive growth by integrating and scaling strategic capabilities. This position will report to the Senior Director, Growth and Integration, within the Account Management group. The position will be based in Austin.
What you’ll do:
Identify and prioritize opportunities within the account management and lodging connectivity space. Obtain alignment and commitment from key partners and teams involved in execution
Effectively execute and deliver results on specific initiatives, collaborating closely with relevant internal partners (Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Lodging Connectivity and Solutions, Product & Tech, Platform and Marketplaces, Legal, Tax) and external partners
Develop a deep understanding of our lodging account management and connectivity capabilities, with a streamlined view on drivers of change
Act as the change engine for ongoing innovations
Who you are:
Proven ability to lead change and execute quickly on opportunities in fast-paced environment. Passion for results and a high impact personality (intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, great teammate)
Self-motivated and ability to drive success with limited guidance, likes to operate in an entrepreneurial set up, taking ownership for end-to-end inception to delivery while collaborating effectively across a wide range of teams and seniority in the organization
A ‘hands on’ attitude, willing to go deep in execution and operational matters, while maintaining a holistic and strategic overview
Constantly curious and inspiring leader. Agile in thinking and execution, solves pragmatically, tests-and-learns, brings innovative thinking from ‘elsewhere’. Collaborates and influences.
Confirmed analytical skills: Use data to inform action plan after weighing alternative solutions against decision criteria; proactively and quickly make sense of complex issues; responding effectively to complex and ambiguous situations
7-10 years of experience, with a preference for those with a management consulting background and/ or a similar role in a leading technology company
