The online travel market is a $2 trillion industry that never stands still. Expedia Group - Global Payments (EGP) is the primary provider of payment tools, systems, and support between Expedia Group and its network of supply partners. We are the gatekeeper of money coming in and out of Expedia Group processing more than $40B payments per year.

Who you are:

  • Experienced with Ad-hoc analysis and reporting and can communicate results to leadership in an impactful way

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task

  • Able to run\edit basic SQL queries strongly preferred

  • Knowledgeable Excel user (Pivot Tables, VLookup)

  • Experienced in data visualization/reporting using Tableau or similar

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with payments processing or payments operations strongly preferred. (Strong desire to learn about payments)

  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision

What you will do:

  • Conduct day-to-day research of payments activity

  • Be responsible for the reconciliation process for one or more partners

  • Investigate and resolve payments issues by collaborating with third- party payment providers and various internal teams

  • Document process updates

  • Own operational aspects of payment configuration projects
