What you’ll do:

  • Run and prioritize B2B partnerships like your own business

  • Progress the strategy and go-to-market plans to drive new customer demand, retain and thrive existing clients

  • Influence external decision makers to partner with Expedia and to expand Expedia's industry influence within various markets

  • Conduct regular calls to improve and strengthen partnership, cross-sell and up-sell product features, and stay current on business trends

  • Build outstanding commercial incentives and proposals to increase our share of wallet

  • Collaborate with internal functions and other region’s account managers to share knowledge and increase overall sales

  • Keep track of key performance indicators daily to identify areas of concern, propose analyses and/or corrective actions

  • Serve as a point of critical issue point for Expedia's business units, providing outstanding customer service through timely, high quality issue resolution

  • Work with Business Development Manager in the region to ensure smooth handover and/or transition with new accounts

  • Drive the entirety of the relationship with the partner, including collaborating cross functionally across their organization with commercial, product, customer service, technology, marketing, finance and accounting teams

  • Grasp the “big” picture for EPS, our business and the partner, addressing the overall strategy and direction of both parties

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Travel background preferred: online travel or airline/hotel supplier, sales/account management, consulting

  • Analytical skills and ability to make data-lead recommendations

  • B2B technology background preferred
