Senior Manager, Insurance Product Strategy

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and strategic self-starter to play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy of our insurance products globally. Your deep understanding of our customer and the business value drivers will accelerate near and long-term performance by identifying, evaluating and prioritizing insurance opportunities. Your efforts will increase customer engagement and happiness and generate improved profits.
What you’ll do:
You will partner with product, engineering and other teams to drive new Insurance product benefit innovation and evolution
You will prioritize new product features or strategic direction based on metric impacts
You will mentor others to use decision frameworks and the process of linking data, knowledge and insights together. Consider risks that will impact timing of decisions to ensure the most beneficial decision is made
You will generate new ideas for developing deeper customer insights (i.e. new research topics and methods, new data sources, etc.) including ways to better quantify insights and build/utilize feedback loops
You will work with numerous partners to holistically define a complex problem space, desired customer and business outcomes and effective solutions
You will exhibit storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationships
You will drive cross-team collaborations with leaders to move projects forward and close on open questions, ensuring that blockers are identified and removed

You have experience and knowledge about travel, technology, platform and Insurance domains
You have Bachelor's, Master’s or Equivalent Experience; Technical degree preferred; or equivalent related professional experience
