CRM Lifecycle Manager

Hotels.com are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who will be a critical part of delivering our industry-leading Loyalty & Lifecycle communications. Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills will be required in this role. The successful candidate will be highly innovative and champion change, working on targeted, personalised and relationship building programmes across Email, App and Push. They will take ownership of working directly with our MarTech teams to deliver our vision to customers. 

What you'll do:

  • Identifying opportunities for Lifecycle & Loyalty cross-platform CRM communication optimisation and maintain a prioritised development roadmap & backlog to achieve this 

  • Project managing the delivery of new communications and existing communication enhancements, working directly MarTech (CRM Product and CRM Engineering), including stakeholder alignment, technical & creative scoping and briefing, pre-launch UAT, launch & MVT testing 

  • Understanding the weekly performance trend of these communications 

  • Working closely with Analytics, Loyalty, App and Credit Card teams to identify opportunities to improve further 

  • Communicating the strategic vision, project progress and performance of the programs to senior stakeholders in a clear, structured and succinct manner 

  • Proactively investigate issues & seek answers to open questions related to CRM projects through to resolution 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing / Business / Economics or anything that aligns well with problem solving skills 

  • At least 3 years’ experience in technology operations / CRM role, preferably in the e-commerce and/or online marketing space  

  • Experience working with a Technology platform and/or Technology teams 

  • Strong analytical skills and exposure to multivariate testing techniques  

  • Demonstrated attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables  

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word  

  • Knowledge of relational databases, HTML and/or travel industry experience a plus
