Senior Account Manager, Hotel Strategic Partnerships

We are looking for someone who has shown account ownership skills, deep knowledge of the travel industry and someone who can influence and drive cross-team results.
What you’ll do:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys variety in their work, who can balance multiple exciting priorities, who has a strong background in the areas like relationship management, account planning, negotiation, consultative sales, and analytics
Building a solid relationship with our most strategic hotel chains
Run each account like its own business. Think strategically to grow our partnerships profitably using the most impactful levers and with the partner develop mutual performance objectives
Collaborate with internal partners to drive opportunities through a pipeline that ensures productive launch of efficient partnerships
Provide market feedback to various teams to support requirement gathering and delivery of new partnership functionality or improvements to existing integrations
Who you are:
A Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent related professional experience
Experience with account management, revenue management, business development and/or consulting
Knowledge of the hotel industry, previous experience with travel technology products ideal
Very strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and critical thinking skills
Passion for long term relationships with both internal and external customers
A great teammate who can lead by influence
Tech-savvy with some ability to communicate technical product features effectively
Works well under pressure and can pivot quickly and easily
