Corporate Account Manager - Regional Accounts

The Regional Account Manager will play an important role as we continue to grow and expand our client base.  This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing strategic relationships with those clients, and growing the shar of travel spend with Egencia.  The Regional Account Manager will also need to show period-over-period revenue growth, long-term profitability, and client retention.  

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and administer short and long-term business plan and other key strategies for program development and maturity                                                     
  • Aggregate, analyze and communicate client feedback to support future product development initiatives                  
  • Create and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship by offering products and services that provides savings and enhancements for the customer and additional revenue for Egencia                                                
  • Conduct regular business reviews that measure progress towards travel program goals, and provide recommendations on further program improvements through formal action plan                                                 
  • Provide support to sales and implementation to ensure a successful program launch                                             
  • Collaborate and complete tasks and projects in a team-base environment and identify opportunities to support the team

Skills/Qualifications:                                                                                                                                                     

  • Extensive experience in support of a B2B organization                                                                                      
  • Account management experience in Corporate Travel industry a plus                                                                 
  • BA/BS or equivalent strongly preferred                                                                                                                    
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations                                                                                
  • Comfortable working under pressure                                                                                                                    
  • Welcomes the challenge of a fast-paced changing environment                                                                           
  • Experience working in a virtual environment                                                                                                       
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, market and support online product                                                                            
  • Strong communication skills to concisely communicate key issues and results in a manner appropriate to the audience                                                                                                                                                             
  • Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills                                                                 
  • Ability to display strong Business Acumen                                                                                                                
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment                                                                 
  • Create, manage, and deliver high caliber business plans                                                                                            
  • Ability to travel 30%-40%
